Decent pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious room and the gluten-free breakfast options for our daughter, which made our mornings much easier. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind after a day out, and we loved the kids' game area too. Just a small issue with noise from the hallway during peak hours, but overall it didn’t dim our great experience. 😊

Clean rooms, nice breakfast but front desk staff absent at night.

I enjoyed staying at GreenPoint Hotel during my recent trip. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel. The room was aesthetically pleasing, with comfortable bedding and a nice layout. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of seating, which made it a relaxing spot after a busy day at the parks. Staff members were friendly and offered great assistance, especially one named Shondra who helped with our stroller delivery. However, there were a few downsides. Electrical outlets were limited, making it difficult to charge devices. The breakfast selection was quite limited and could use more variety. I also found the noise from the hallway disruptive at times, particularly early in the morning. Overall, my experience was enjoyable, but improvements in breakfast options and room functionality would enhance future stays.

The queen room with two queen beds had a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave. The private bathroom was equipped with shampoo, body soap, and towels. The pool area was nice with sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation. The breakfast included hot and cold options that were decent for a quick start.

The kids loved the small playground in the lobby and the clean, spacious room was a huge plus! Plus, the pool area was decent for some family fun.

Exceptional Service and Clean Rooms!

We had a fantastic stay, with a modern and clean room that made us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was impressively varied, with delicious waffles and fresh fruit options. The staff went out of their way to assist us, including someone helping carry ice to our room when my husband was struggling. My only drawback was the limited lighting in the room, making it a bit dim at times.

Really enjoyed my time here! The place is super modern and spotless. The rain shower in the bathroom was a nice touch, and I loved the free breakfast—way better than a lot of places. But you can hear your neighbors pretty easily, which was kinda annoying. The pool was great too!

Front desk was super helpful when we needed stuff, remembered my name from check in to check out, that's rare. Oh and the breakfast was way better than I expected, fresh and tasty, everyone loved it.

Wasn't exactly a bargain but given the service it felt fair enough.

I truly appreciated how clean and well-maintained the Greenpoint Hotel Kissimmee is. The corridors were spacious, the staff were attentive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate around comfortably.
